Rental is paid annually on the anniversary date established when storage begins.

We do not rent spaces on a monthly basis.

Please call early to reserve a space, since we tend stay at near-full rental capacity.

Leases are renewed on a year-to-year basis unless notification of non-renewal is made two weeks prior to renewal date.

We offer a $25 referral credit off your next year's rental for referral of a new customer who rents with us!
